1. Eligibility for Returns — Online Purchases
Fox Spirit accepts returns and exchanges in the following cases (provided the product remains in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the purchase invoice):
- The item does not match the type or model ordered, or the description shown on the website.
- The quantity is incomplete or accessories included with the order are missing.
- The exterior condition has been affected during transit: torn packaging, peeling, or breakage.
The customer is responsible for providing evidence (photographs or an unboxing video) to support the return process.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Fox Spirit does not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Film rolls that have been loaded into a camera or already exposed (due to the technical nature of pre-coated film).
- Products that have been used, scratched, or are no longer in their original packaging.
- Change of mind after the product has been received.
- Workshop and darkroom rental services: please see Section 5 below.
3. Return Timeframe and Procedure
- Notice of return: within 3 days of receiving the order (based on the carrier’s “Delivered” confirmation).
- Return shipment: within 14 days of submitting the return notice.
- Method: Customers may return items to Fox Spirit by post or in person at our store: 38A Ho Hao Hon Street, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Please include the original purchase invoice and warranty card (if any) when returning items.

4. Refund / Exchange Policy
- A purchased item may be exchanged once, for an item in stock at the time of exchange.
- If the exchanged item is priced lower than the original, Fox Spirit does not refund the difference.
- If the exchanged item is priced higher, the customer pays the difference.
5. Cancellation / Refund Policy for Workshops & Darkroom Rentals
Because workshops and darkroom rental sessions are scheduled with limited capacity, Fox Spirit applies the following dedicated policy:
- Cancellation more than 72 hours before the start time: 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellation between 24 and 72 hours before the start time: 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the start time, or no-show without prior notice: no refund.
- Fox Spirit may offer to reschedule subject to availability and mutual agreement.
